They fought over it because they had no historical education on Lagos Stock Exc hange. They lost the suit because the building did not belong to Ojukwu.

ACB, called Ibo bank, was a Yoruba bank sold to Azikiwe, its name was Tinubu Investments. Its original building is still standing on Broad street, though renovated. The business was sold, not the building.

Just because Ojukwu headed Stock 3 change does not make him owner of the institution founded by Yorubas or the building it occupied.
