The Nigerian Senator, Shehu Sani brought back memories of when the colonial masters built and connected the different parts of the country without leaving behind a huge debt and he compared it to now. See what he tweeted... Source: https://www.musictori.com/2019/04/our-railway-dream-will-remain-dream.html 3 Likes

I have issues with people who contest elections at any level and upon winning, they only complain about the status quo which we already know but do nothing. 70 Likes 8 Shares |

danieljoel759:To DEVELOPE Nigeria, you need money. Without money and with exploding population, Nigeria stands no chance to arrest the decline of social order. Without roads, infrastructure, railway, power, Nigerians cannot have good jobs and low inflation. That leads to joblessness and increase in crime rate. Our youth needs to be gainfully employed or they become a devils workshop. Forget it, it's either we arrest this now or will leave to regret it. Whether it is loan or any other way, we have massive infrastructure deficit and must close the gap before it's too late 14 Likes 4 Shares |

A senator of the federal republic saying ‘how did the colonial master built’. How do we expect our children to pass Jamb and Waec if role models make this simple mistake? 52 Likes 7 Shares |

Shehu, if you, a senator who had the privilege of heading committees, are talking like this, what do you expect those in the private sector to do? Always talking as if you are not part of the government. My advice to you; I believe you've made so much money serving Nigeria, please now that you're not going back to the Senate, use your money to establish business and get a life outside politics 36 Likes 5 Shares |

danieljoel759: Shehu Sani, use your head. Which ''all corners'' of the country did your ''colonial master'' build railways? For your information, the colonialists ONLY built north to south lines for the SOLE PURPOSE of evacuating our resources for export at the southern ports, which was the looting enterprise they were engaged in here. Why would they need a loan to build them when they'd been looting your country for donkey years? Selling our exports and keeping the money in Britain. So instead of IDOLIZING those ''colonial masters'', you, a so-called senator, should know better. That they were here to loot (which, afterall, is the raison d'etre for colonisation), and ought not be used as a barometer for anything positive in this country. 54 Likes 9 Shares |

the railway sector will always remain a dream as long as no line is connecting the west and the east through ore and Benin. ...and the portahacourt to Enugu line is not rehabilitated 1 Like |

I was even advocating for your tormentors to allow you rest in pieces, but like a leopard (you are aka Leo anyway), never changes it's spots. This stupid Senator with hair like Globe Trotters act of the '80's should better watch his back. Buhari has never forgiven him for exposing babachir. 8 Likes |

GavelSlam:But it was he who set the tone for the unmasking of buhari's sham intergrity. That alone is more altruistic than proffering a solution that the majorly illitrate north will stand against. 13 Likes |

Gandollar: Sham Intergrity but just got a renewal of his office by the voting public. Funny, Sheu's constituency consider him a fake who rode on the wings of the very person he loves to malign. Sheu is a phoney. What bill did he sponsor as a senator or isn't that his remit? Is he not a lawmaker? 25 Likes 3 Shares |

GavelSlam:Renewal of office by 15m people you meant to say? Laughable because the man has shied away from defending this in a court of law and would rather grasp on straws for his defense. History will be kind to shehu sani after all said and done. If it was not for his vocality, Nigerians would not have known that buhari fights corruption with insecticide when opposition is involved, but uses deodorants when his friends are involved. I don't know much about his activities in sponsoring bills, but have you given credit to Dino who has sponsored over 20 bills and moved several motions for the common good? 15 Likes |

Gandollar: What did he say? People voted Sani to be a law maker not a Twitter hugger. What bills did he sponsor? I've never seen people as daft as he and Bruce. Twitter is for the public, the floor of the national assembly is for lawmakers. What projects has he attracted to his constituency? What has he been able to achieve with his constituency funds? Sani is a failed lawmaker. There have been many before him and he has just gone their way. No legacy. 21 Likes 6 Shares |
