Lol, I knew someone was going to suggest this . Not my house, only helping to put it out because the owner is tired of agents. Rent is cheap in that area and other outskirts of Lagos because of the proximity to districts where most jobs are.

I sincerely can't answer that but I doubt it. That's why it's always advisable to go house hunting during the rainy season which we're about to enter
