Political analyst and a columnist for Businessday, David Hundeyin has described the Muhammadu Buhari administration 2019 budget as outrageously inadequate for the purpose of servicing 150 million+ people. President Buhari had on the 19th of December 2018, presented to the National Assembly a total of $28.80 billion (N8.83 trillion) as the 2019 budget. David said the amount budgeted by the government is woefully insufficient to provide for the things needed by the country.
