Maybe when I didn't know anything, but since I know something Ive never for once hung him or him hugging me

A father who has been comfortable with hugging his children from their infancy, will easily be hugged by his children even as adults.

I have never hugged my father or mother before. I hate body contact more than anything.

Never. Closest thing to body contact was a handshake when I got admission into the university. Just once.
