Houses with No proper address are more than the one with.. If you are referring to Nipost delivering 20 million parcels in 2018, I can bet it majority at least 65% are company adds delivery not personal..

Nipost is still yet to be fully functional in Nigeria.. The truth is nobody trust them with important documents.

most of ppl'es opinion about government institutions are based on hearsays and past experiences, you see your life. You were arguing blindly and you even thought NIPOST does not have a tracking website, Nigeria is not working like we all expect but that does not mean that it is that bad like some of you think.

NIPOST is expanding into banking and tracking sim cards but they're not mailing government documents. Nigeria is very weird.

Due to covid Nigerian cant collect their drivers licences. The common sense solution is mailing it. Too bad common sense isn't too common.

Same story every year with the mumu agencies in government. You guys faux concern when the simple solution is just mailing the documents. You have the address so send it instead of creating more busy work for people.
