I think he did, on which account are the private jets be maintained, the cost of parking a jet a day can still pay a decent salary for two teachers in a month.
The cost of hiring a pilot for just a trip can power the school generator for a month, so on whose account are the money taken.

Tithes and offerings generated in these churches in just one Sunday can be enough to pay all the teachers for one year. Don't be dumb.

I was close to being a part time pastor in winners chapel between 2010 and 2011. I could remember how much we used to generate every Sunday because I was part of the team that used to go deposit the money in the church's bank account on Monday.

don't be dumber! because you know how much the church generates every Sunday,does it mean the money is being misused.....? the church has other expenses they carter for.... the money isn't just deposited in the account and left there for nothing.... it's being used in different ways in which you have no idea of..... church workers are there to be paid....pastors are there to be paid.... charity works are there to be sponsored... a lot of children are on scholarships... a lot in the higher institution.... I will forgive your ignorance because you don't know how much it takes to run a school..... a standard school.....

Nowadays, preachers want to exalt themselves by talking down on others. Forgetting that the gospel is more important and too urgent to be left unattended to.

The gospel when people have not eaten? Even the Bible emphasises on caring for the feeding of the poor before you start preaching. Even Jesus fed 5000 people which will enable the poor get strength to listen and be more eager for the word.

Education in Nigeria was first in the hands of the Christian missionaries. They brought education to Nigeria. That's why you hear names of schools like St. Charles, Anglican Grammar school, Baptist Secondary schools etc.

Many of our present days pastors and Bishops went to those schools free of charge. Infact Obafemi Awolowo believed government should support this good works and hence the need for free education in the old western Nigeria to the University level.

My uncle told me the day they gave them ponmo to eat in the hostel at the old University of Ife (Now OAU) they protested, because they usually served turkey on their meal. That was how good things were then.

But same people who enjoyed free everything now established schools that many core members of their churches can't send their children to. If you complain, they will tell you if you think education is expensive try ignorance. Most of these private institutions are built by contributions from most members widows mite. I remember contributing when my church was starting their own, but today maybe one or two members of our 300 congregants can afford this school.

Many churches now see education as a cash cow. The politicians they stand to condemn on the altars for stealing our Commonwealth are the ones who can afford to send their wards to these schools​ established by Christian churches. Many of them even struggle to pay government taxes, under the guise that the schools is yet to be a profit centers, because they are being finance by church donations.

I normally criticize pastors and how they hoard money but if this is a gimmick to get more money, I guess it is to make sure teachers and staff of the school n hospital are paid for their services and also to keep the schools n hospital equipped. Money has to be spent running these institutions and whatever money he can get is welcome. At least he is doing something for society.

Let me tell you how it's done. He has an agreement with the state government that any militant or criminal who comes to his church to confess, repent and lay down their weapons will be pardoned.

He in turn rehabilitates them, enrolls them in the free skills acquisitions program in his church while accommodating and feeding them. Lots of them go on to become specialists in their various fields and making a decent with their acquired skills.
