Professor Wole Soyinka said President Muhammadu Buhari has failed in the area of security The Nobel Laureate accused the Jonathan administration of corruption Soyinka took a swipe at Obasanjo saying he contributed to the growth of Boko Haram Nobel Laureate Prof. Wole Soyinka has raised allegation against former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, claiming he contributed to the growth of Boko Haram terrorism by not dealing with the menace early. The Nation reports that Soyinka raised this allegation on the BBC’s Hardtalk programme on Monday, April 22. Soyinka also said it was easy to back Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 as he also failed to deal with insurgency in a timely fashion.
