I don't agree with this though. I know someone who hardly keeps to time, and this is because he's almost never in a haste, never in a rush, so he almost never arrives on time.

But...he's very very trustworthy when it comes to money. So keeping to time isn't a requirement to financial trustworthiness

whoever cannot keep to time is a master in the art of telling lies to giving excuses

so, a time sloppy person = master of excuses

so, he or she has enough excuses why they mismanaged your money, PERIOD!
