can the black race prove they are more intelligent or equal to white race?

First of all what is intelligent?

Intelligence has been defined in many ways, including: the capacity for logic, understanding, self-awareness, learning, emotional knowledge, reasoning, planning, creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving. 

Does the back race possessed these quality and can it be proven? sadly but looking at the entire black race it only proved a backwards race without intelligence.

interestingly all the inferior race look down on the black race. Latinos, Indians, Arabs and Asians.

If possible, it sure wouldn’t come from the geographical expression called Nigeria! Maybe Rwanda, Ghana or Botswana....countries inhabited by people with their heads screwed on right!
