If it's really pile(haemorrhoids) you're talking about, and which has been long standing, disregard all the rubbish local/herbal stuffs they're prescribing for you here. If it's actually pile/haemorrhoids, and not Anal fissure, what degree is it, according to doctors at the hospitals you've visited?
