You hear people opening churches here and there and people running to be a pastor. If so what and how are we sure the right way is? Why can't all those mediocre vying for pastorial position go to one church and contribute to the learning?

Pastors buying private jets, building schools at the expense of tithe and offerings but still their tuition fee is not for the poor, how then then are are these churches serving the real purpose of Christianity?
