That was why Mikel has been missing Nigerian games. How much do they even pay. Bonus that you will fight before you collect?

Ignoramus deceiving himself, the NFF pays for players tickets irrespective of their destination.

The issue at hand is visa related which the player ought to be aware of before leaving Portugal.
How can you be on a single entry visa as a footballer?
He needs to sack his agent.

sorry bro this is Nigeria

If you understand Visa issues very well, you wont say that.

I knew most of these players knows nothing but his handlers including portuguese embassy (Not Nigeria one!) should know that single entry visa for a football player is ridiculous.

Shush! He came here for clarion call! The state's diplomatic machinery should have been quick to facilitate his swift return. But I am sure someone wants their palms greased before acting appropriately.

Disgusting, pathetic and disgraceful of the Nigerian state.

How can he leave Portugal without sorting his documents? Dumb headed guy rushed down to play for naija as if the country gives a hoot about him if things go sour. I hope he has learnt to put his club first before any other commitments

The bigger question is why a professional player is on a single entry visa.

Thank God you didn't start with claiming to be a Christian

Don't mind the idiot. At least the muslim id*ot knows that Nigeria has turned a shithole under the leadership of a fundamentalist muslim.

The issue is between him and the Portuguese embassy, not Nigeria.

The guy's club should also have helped him get the proper papers to work and stay in Portugal...

You guys should stop following and worshiping Trump. The US is itself a terrible place in many parts.

What has this got to do with Donald Trump and the US? Was Donald Trump wrong to refer to Nigeria as a shythole?

The country is gone to the dogs, we all have to agree on that point.

Thanks for clearer clarification most Nairalanders just always like to comment nonsense without deep thoughts on every situation, When has Nigerian Governments start Grant Portugal Visa to its citizen? The problem the player is having has nothing to do with NFF or Government he's the one who need to reach out to his Club over there to help him confirm why is visa application is been delayed and Club will reach Portugal embassy on his behalf..Shikennaaa
