If you have met Fashola you will rate very high. The guy is very cerebral. However I am dissapointed in the performance of the power ministry. The truth is no power minister will perform until we are ready to do the needful as a nation , restructure. National grid must be unbundled. Let each state or region do this thing by themselves
You think that is a way forward abi? You will end up adding to the problem because about 30 states will remain in darkness for the next 10 years including the oil rich region that think they have the money.

Now that President Muhammadu Buhari has asked Ministers to submit their report, how will you assess the performance of Babatunde Fashola, Minister of Power, Works and Housing in giving stable electricity to Nigerians?

As governor, he was reported to have said a serious government should be able to provide stable power supply within six months.

Shot up! because you hates everything about Buhari govt, if the light is good in your area you rate it. I live in a town at Okpe LG, Delta state, I enjoyed 80% steady power supply although i dont know the power situation of other LGs, but my area here I enjoyed the light, ask any body you know that are from there.

The same reason why it is not working now is the reason why it will not work after decentralised. What you are suggesting is not the solution. We have several countries using a national grid like our own and it is working for them
