section 145 of the constituition says the president only needs to transmit power to Acting president only if he sees it fit that he cant perform his role as a president by not been able to discharge the duty of his office and he claims he would discharge his duty for the 10 days from london, just like a working visit to other countries.

Only a fish brainer would really think a president whose cabinet consist of 60% lawyers, and a professor of law as a Vice, a law graduate as a duaghter wouldnt think of legal options involved with all actions taking.

The reason a president nominates his own vice and ministers, is simply to give him proper representation where needed.

a classic example is if a diplomat from a foriegn country visited him, the diplomat simply heads to the office of the vice as thats the protocol and he is the most senior goverment official at as that time.
