In sane societies private organizations don't fix roads. This is the responsibility of the government, the companies have paid their taxes so if they satrt doing CSR to build infrastructure what is the purpose of staying in business CSR should be for other smaller projects not to shoulder the responsibilities of a whole government

Where is Tinubu, Fashola and their boys, When it is time for sharing money (I.e. Lagos state money) they will be number one and they cannot renovate the Carter bridge during their tenure as governor and now they cannot influence Federal Government to renovate that bridge.

the problem started when they allowed trucks higher than the permissible feet or hight to pass that route.. For every bridge there should be a cross bar indicating the max height allowed and proper notification to that effect like 500 metres away with adequate divertions But in Nigeria my country things are done upside down.

This is not Carter Bridge it's Eko bridge.. Carter bridge lead Mainland to Idumota. it's Eko bridge that lead from Contain to Apogbon stop rubbish rubbish abeg.. No how you snap or do video under Carter bridge it's Water that surrounds it

grin.... those cars passing underneath are playing Russian roulette.... one fateful day.... anyway I suspect that bridge comprises prestressed concrete girders hence the flat bottom structure. They don't usually fail catastrophically, suddenly....and will give enough warning to those playing musical chairs with their lives... angry
