Operatives of Nigeria Police in Okoko Police Division of Lagos State Police Command yesterday said they have arrested six Indian hemp traders for allegedly selling the drugs in an open market in Lagos.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Bala Elkana, a Deputy Superintendent of Police in a statement available to journalist said that the suspects were raided in the market where they were selling the Indian helms in an open place on April 27, 2019 at about 3.45pm on the strength of information.

He explained that the suspected dealers were arrested by Police Operatives from Okoko Police Station led by the Divisional Police Officer, who raided criminal hideouts inside Alaba Rago market.
Elkana, said six nylons bags filled with dried leaves suspected to be Indian helm were recovered. He said investigation is ongoing, saying the suspects will be charged to court soon.

He added that six suspects were also arrested for cultism and murder by the police operatives attached to area J Command. “The suspects were arrested in connection 0p the clash between Eye and Aiye cult groups which occurred on April 14, 2019, at General paint, Ajah. The clash left 4 Aye cultist dead. “The axes and jack knives which they used during the clash were recovered from them.

“Four suspects were earlier arrested and charged to Court in connection with the incident, bringing the number of suspects arrested to ten. “Homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation Department CID, Panti is investigating the case. The suspects will be charged to court.’’

That place is my area....We have more people who smoke Indian hemp than those who don't. The Police officers and military men inclusive.
The Alaba Rago there is the HQs of Indian hemp, but maybe these ones didn't want to settle so....they have to treat their case small.

One of them was my classmate at Primary School sef......it has "teyed" he crase..... grin
