Today marks the 7th anniversary of Glo Mobile Ghana’s launch. On this day April 29, 2012 the first commercial call was made on Glo network in Ghana. Today also marks the 66th birthday of the Founder and Chairman of Globacom, Dr Mike Adeniyi Adenuga Jr. (GCON; CSG). We wish the Guru a very happy birthday. May God bless and give him long life ���������

Glo in Nigeria has really made things easy for us with great achievements in Telecom.

MTN sold their SIM cards as high as 27K when they came.

MTN was doing per minute billing... making it look like per second billing is not possible when they came

Glo came, destroyed that SIM high price jinx and gave us cheap SIM cards.

Glo came, destroyed the per minute billing string and gave us per second billing

Glo rivaled MTN and forced them to adjust at the end of the day.

Thank God for Glo and happy birthday to the Guru Adenuga the second richest black man on earth.
