my friend bought a tecno camon11 4 days ago but now when he is about to input my password to open the phone the light will went off and after he wake the phone up again to put my password just at the point of typing it the phone light will went again and I can't open my phone. pls help us

Go to the menu and scroll down to screen recording and click on it. Then click on the camera icon at bottom right of the screen. A notification bar would pop up displaying four icons (Camera, Screenshot, Settings and Close).
Select the camera icon and click Start Now. When you are done recording, swipe down the notification panel and click on Stop.
