Maybe back then in your days, but currently 50% agg can't give you accounting without connections and yeah nobody knows the exact cutoff criteria ceteris paribus as they don't publicise it.

Given how the general postutme scores are low for Uniben this year, I don't think 57% is too low for accounting.
Cut off marks are set by general performance. I've seen MBBS cut off at 65%, 68% and some as high as 75%.
