5 THINGS TO DO WHEN YOUR BABY STARTS CRAWLING

Crawling is a phase of every baby’s life that we mom’s (especially first time mom’s) look forward to. It’s a sign that our babies are growing and developing and becoming mobile.

[/url]However many mom’s will agree that a crawling baby needs more supervision (and cleaning up after) than the younger baby. Here are some tips to make the crawling phase a breeze for mom and baby



Tip #1– Keep it short :

Having a baby on their knees all day long will take a toll on clothing. Causing wear and tear and making it longer and harder to get the stains out. Concealing and cleaning dirty hands and knees is much easier than dirty sleeves and trousers.

So unless the weather is cold or chilly, dress your baby up in shorts that stop just above their knees for easier laundry and to give your baby the freedom of movement that she needs to explore her environment.



Tip #2– Double your cleaning regime

During this crawling phase of your baby’s life, you’ll want to protect your baby from disease causing germs as much as possible. So if mopping the floor once a week used to keep a tiny home make it twice a week. And if it was twice a week make it four times a week. It may seem like extra stress but no price is too high to pay for your baby’s health. Helping your baby crawl safely.
