Please, help me to ask him this questions.

How on earth can el rufai compare Lagos with kaduna.
How easy can u get the 2bn he mentioned that is needed to get 2million votes.
Can he boast of 2bn before he bacame a minister under obasanjo. Or his salary for 4 years made him a billionaire.
Who are the 4 godfathers in kaduna and what's their precedent.
All I know is that if PDP the only hope in Lagos to dislodge Tinubu and his cohorts continue to field a wrong candidate, the result will be the same.
Nigerians are gullible, what they think of during any election is now and that's the only thing that matter to them.
But we shall get there one day sha.

PDP can't dislodge tinubu if they can't take back the federal first....

He now uses the state institutions to manipulate the whole processes in Nigeria....

Dt man will eventually break up Nigeria...

He is an advocate for marginalisation. He is known well established national wealth converter to personalise wealth. The forces institutions to bend to his selfish desires through laws.....
He support thuggery and undemocratic processes....

See El-Rufai claiming jagaban, the opportunist politician who won election using Buhari popularity in North. What people don't know was Tinubu never won his popularity on a platter of Gold, he worked to become great politician but people don't know the difference between great politicians and godfathers. Tinubu was able to remain relevant because he brought development and solve insecurities in Lagos, ask one important thing that El-Rufai did in Kaduna, he's just using Buhari as selling point. Infact El-Rufai can never be commissioner if he's in Lagos, he can only be champion among Almajiris.

I expect this hypocrite to be bold and attack Tinubu direct instead of this indirect political dribbling. godfatherism is a norm in Nigeria politics. almost east governors became governors through this godfatherism even delta and the rest

this same hypocrite singlehandedly picked one of his aide to get back to shehu sani which caused his fallout in the house yet the foool is condemning the same political culture he's practising just to sell himself as a political conquerer
He was direct about his message.. He mentioned Lagos and Lagos has only one godfather..

The truth is, there will always be godfatherism in politics but when god fathers turn from being mentors to dictators it becomes negative and bad.
Once as a politician you do well while in office, there is no way upcoming or aspiring politicians will not look up to you for help and support. This is just natural!
Tinubu is a natural leader. If he is not into politics, he will still be an influential person.

The situation is not godfatherism but the gullible follower who are majority. If they are difficult to control and lead, things will always be as it is.

Re: How To End Godfatherism In Lagos Politics – El-rufai by famouscargo4u: 9:37am On May 06, 2019
he goofed! You can't become Lagos state governor as an opposition with 2bn Naira. To win election in Lagos, you need the market women, the civil servants, the artisans and the area boys. Tinubu has all of them in his pockets. Even when you plan to do this and give money to people; they will go back and tell Tinubu because he is a good spender. he can spend 1 billion naira to win the heart of a strong loyalist. the template to win lagos is this:

you must have STRONG financial backing.
Empower at least 70% of market women and artisans in Alimosho (the most populous LG in Lagos) and Ikorodu.

have the support of a strong faction of NURTW, commercial motorcyclists and Tricycle(keke maruwa) in all local governments in lagos.

Carry the youths along( target university, polytechnic, tutorial centres, sport betting centres, baba-ijebu stalls)

Target all beer parlours in Lagos and declare free drinks on regular basis (let them register your name in their head)

Carry along past commissioners, governors and aides who are averse to Tinubu's structure. They will support you and give advice.

Be ready to spend MONEY!!!

Get Federal support (not necessarily the president but people close to the president like Abba Kyari, El-Rufai, Boss Mustapha etc)

with the above, you can win Lagos with any political party but the process would begin now towards actualisation in the next 4-8 years.

Hypocrites everywhere.

Same El-rufai ensured that Senator Shehu Sani did not get 2nd term ticket from APC.

Muiz Banire who asked the question, joined forces with Fashola to ensure that Ambode did not get 2nd term ticket.

Nonsense!
