El Rufai is bold. Question that he was supposed to jump over, he answered it. If not for Godfather would APC have won 2015 and 2019 election. If not for Buhari, would he have had any chance in the 2015 election. He's now forming voltron. Anyway to answer the question. Can one be a Governor without a godfather. You can but it takes time, money, skills, love and people. You need to start from ground zero. You need to understand human and party administration. Tinubu didn't begin his journey in 1999. He began long before then. So will anyone who doesn't want to go through the existing party structures. Tinubu earned where he is today so must they. 1 Like |

El rufai stated that Oxford and Havard graduates run UK and USA but back home he supported a man without even the basic school certificate to be our president. Confused midget |

El rufai should go and sit down. Lagos politics and governance beats Kaduna in all respects. Firstly, religious identity is not part of the political program and there's little issue with inter faith interactions in the public spaces that drive the economy and social life. Cant say that about Kaduna... Furthermore, ppl like Tinubu are not just politicians in a superficial sense. Yes there is personal ambition on the basic level but it is tempered with assuming the steering wheel of the fortunes of an entire people. That's why when they lose out in contests they dont threaten anybody or say nonsense. Corporate agency of yoruba political elites in the Nigerian system is the most advanced. Tinubu is not leaving mass dead and illiterate in the wake of his so called 'thievery'. Whatever the case, the youth are still more sophisticated and actually have self agency(educated and self aware) in their day to day. Essential toward their place in a future Nigeria. El rufai rules a place that would be unsustainable without federal aid and assistance. What is actually produced there anymore. What crises hasn't destroyed, nepotism and incompetence has made mince meat of. El rufai shld tell us if he thinks this kind of self important talk is what Nigerians need. Or citizens of southern kaduna ? Callous hypocrite who doesn't understand what it means to rule in a multi ethnic setting. Go and sit down ! |

luvmijeje: Because he is not politically polished. You can tell in the way he handles Southern Kaduna issues. They are trying to force the katafs to demand a new state and abandon Kaduna to Hausa north. Kaduna was created by colonials, there was nothing called Kaduna in 1890 when Royal Niger Company made contact with Zaria. Katafs are the indigenes of Kaduna, everyone else came to meet them there. Elrufai has shown in his managing the affairsof the state with the indigenes that he is incompetent in human relations. |

I888: West pioneered developments in Nigeria. We dont boast....we just prove the point. Which other region in Nigeria can match West? West taught East religion and cathechism. West standardized and taught your alphabets to you. These two alone is proof we opened your eyes to education and how to read and write your own language. Dispute with Bishop Ajayi Crowther if you disagree. He lives in google if you want to know. |

Right from the colonial era, divide and rule has been the bane and today in a society of democracy instead of us to unite against a common enemy(anyone against Nigeria's progress) we are here shouting afonja,Igbos, abokis, herdsmen and all. Nairaland seem to portray how divided we are.tomorow you'd condemn an Asian or Caucasian for racially abusing you when yourself is also as bad as they are. Nigeria would never leave it's current state if everyone of us continue with this tribal and regional profiling.. Remember THE WHOLE IS STRONGER THAN A PART. Una suppose don get sense by now |
