The Ebeda OSPAC (vigilante) group in Rivers state caught a kidnapping gang member in the scene of kidnapping their victim along Ikiri road 0n 7th May. The young man by name Prince Uche hails from Egbeda community in Rivers state, who was recently released from prison.
