A kidnap kingpin, Prince Uche, popularly known as Prince king, has been arrested by Ebeda OSPAC (vigilante) group in Rivers state. The arrest of the kingpin was sequel to the killings and kidnapping of passengers traveling along Elele and Omoku road in Rivers state.
