R-CONNECT CONGRATULATES GOV. OYETOLA, HAILS THE APPELLATE COURT FOR DOING TH E NEEDFUL

A leading online media group in South Western Nigeria has congratulated Governor of the State of Osun, Mr. Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola over his victory at the court of appeal held in Abuja earlier today.

The congratulatory message was contained in a press release signed by the Director General of the group, Mr. Ajiboye Maruf, and released to newsmen in Osogbo, the State capital.

The group described the judgment as one that right the wrong of the tribunal that arrogated the power it didn't possess to itself.

Mr. Ajiboye said, today's judgment would now allow Governor Gboyega Oyetola to concentrate the more on how to bring dividends of democracy to the people of the State, who freely gave him their mandate in the 2018 gubernatorial election of the State.

The renowned media group, however, commended the appeal court justices for their bravery despite calculated attempts by the Peoples Democratic Party and its gubernatorial candidate to rubbish their work.

The group expressed confidence that the Supreme Court which is the last phase of the legal fireworks would affirm the decision of the appellate court.
