A new thread has been created since the old one isn't as lively as before .
The JAMB exams are over. Post ume is the next step now. If you dont know much about UI, this is the thread for you.

So there are some things you should know about UIs admission process this year.

1. The cut off mark is 200. If you score below 200 then do change of institution because you won't be invited for post ume.
2. The exams usually come up during August-September period. So be read before then (,there is not time to rest)
3. UI admission process is rigid,competitive and strict. You have to have a good jamb score (270 upwards) and a better Post-Utme score to secure admission.
4. UI is not for Unserious elements.
5. If you wanna go for Medicine in UI, please buckle up. Gaining that admission slot isn't a walk in that park. Make sure you have
i- A very, very high score (280 upwards. 300+ to be on the safe side)
ii- A very hardworking attitude.
iii- A very high Post Ume score (this is very important)
iv- Have at least a C6 in your core waec subject (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, mathematics). It differs a lot and also depends on your course.
v- Have God by your side
