Beware Of Scammers In United Arab Emirates (uae) by IYKEJOE22(m): 1:24pm On May 13, 2019
We the citizen (50 people) of West Africa on tourist Visa in UAE, happened to see a job post flyers in Dubai between 12th - 19th of March 2019, for packaging of garments like men and ladies T-shirts into their various sizes. When contacted the number(+971502494088) on the job post, The scammer who claim to be an indigene of UAE (Arbab Mustapha) made it known to us that we are to pay 1200 dirhams for UAE Emirates visa processing through him & his Foreman Abdul Basit. After payment of 1200dh to him as one of the promises to get us the 2yrs Emirates ID's within 2 to 3 weeks of resumption, with accommodation and took photocopies of our visa, passport & 3 passport photograph each. We then ask for offer letter which he said will be produced later. So because of his failed action many of us became uncertain of the situation and demanded their money which was given to some of them but majority of us remain by faith that we could be successful in our gestures. In summary, the Arbab Mustapha run away with our money & still communicating with us through the person he introduced to us as Manager which make us to remain in the accommodation ( Ajman area) hoping to see him, after we waited no avail, we reported to the Ajman police station & took the case to court. After everything the manager was arrested & jailed for 6months and till date Arbab Mustapha was declared wanted & no were to be found.
Our money was not recovered due to lack of funds to hire a lawyer for the case.
Below is the Arbab Mustapha's picture & the job posters.
