The University of Calabar (UNICAL) has suspended a 300-level understudy of the foundation, Adeye Mathias Unimke.

Unimke was suspended over the claim of contribution in mystery faction related exercises.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Calabar, UNICAL, Prof. Zana Akpagu endorsed the quick suspension of the understudy who was in the Department of Education Administration and Planning from every scholarly movement in the University until further notice.

The suspension was contained in an announcement marked by the University's Registrar, Mr. Moses Abang.

Mr. Abang coordinated that the understudy will stay suspended pending the finish of examination by the Institution's Students' Disciplinary Committee.

The University cautioned the understudy to avoid the grounds aside from or except if reacting to welcome by the Disciplinary Committee.

Bad habit Chancellor of the college had emphasized at different fora that there is no space for cultists in the University.
