Copied.

The Olu of Warri , Pere of Gbaramatu, Pere of Ogulagha, and every traditional rulers , prominent chiefs, are contractors to the oil companies operating in their land.

Chevron, Shell, Elf, Agip, Total have on their permanent staff children and relatives of these traditional rulers, chiefs, youth leaders.

The only Niger Deltans who are causal workers of the oil companies are those without any royal connections.

I am saying the above to expose the hypocrisy of those who regularly protest against oil companies about their lack of development and employment of Niger Deltans.

Ugborodo oil community that has Chevron talk farm is so underdeveloped, not because Chevron is not ready to develop it; Ugborodo community is poor, wretched and underdeveloped because of the greed, selfishness, nepotism, and wickedness of Itsekiri leaders...I mean the olu, Thomas, Ayiris, Ugborodo Development Trust Fund, etc.

These Itsekiri leaders don't give a damn about the larger Itsekiri prosperity and development as long as Chevron keep on renewing their contracts to provide security, supply casual workers, supply food stuff, supply house boats, etc.

Those protesting are seeking their own patronage from Chevron; the protest will stop if Chevron add their names to the contractor list.

What happened to the one billion dollars Chevron gave to the Ugborodo Trust Fund for the development and rebuilding of Ugborodo community?

The people treating Itsekiri casual workers like slaves are not Europeans, Yoruba's; they are fellow Itsekiri chiefs and prominent sons.

These Itsekiri leaders will negotiate with Chevron to pay each casual worker four hundred thousand naira, Chevron will agree, only for these same Itsekiri leaders to pay each casual worker forty to fifty thousand naira. So who is the witch and evil one here? Chevron that agreed to pay four hundred thousand naira or the Itsekiri leader who collected four hundred thousand naira and chose to pay forty thousand naira?

These greed, wickedness, selfishness of Itsekiri leaders are also what you will find in ijaw oil producing communities, same with Urhobo oil producing communities.

People talk of Hausa Fulani oppression, oil companies oppression as if those who are carrying out the oppression and underdevelopment are not Itsekiri leaders, Ijaw leaders Urhobo leaders, etc.

When oil spill happened, the community leaders will tell the oil companies not to clean the spill, but rather convert it to money and give it to community people.

Oil companies conducting employment from Lagos are only possible because oil communities leaders have been settled with contracts and permanent staff employment.

Where is the agitation of a better, developed Niger Delta today? It ended after the agitators were settled with employment slots and contracts in NDCC, MND, NIMASA, Amnesty, etc.

The so-called agitation and resource control fight was all about cars, houses, hotels, girls to Bleep, people wives to Bleep, Nollywood actresses to Bleep and buy houses for at Banana island and lekki.

The agitation and resource control protest was all about supplying casual workers to Chevron, NNPC, Shell, Agip, etc.

The agitation and resource control troubles was all about providing security for pipelines, renting of house boats, providing catering services, etc.

Resource control was never about infrastructural development, education, health, clean Niger Delta, houses, jobs, etc.

The motive behind resource control was all about material benefit, it was never an ideological struggle.

The Niger Delta struggle used to be about development and clean environment when it was championed by the legendary Isaac Adaka Boro , and the legendary Ken Saro Wiwa.

A struggle whose motive was greed to acquire properties is bound to be hijacked by all kind of questionable characters.

So who do we Niger Delta blame for our underdevelopment and lack of good governance? Oil companies or Hausa Fulani, or Yoruba in Lagos?

We Niger Deltans are the problems and solutions.

We must eschew or let go of greed, selfishness, and wickedness towards ourselves if we must developed and prosper.

I rest my case. And that is the truth of all truth

Happening all over the country but Niger Delta people needs to demand more from oil companies and government.
A situation where people from Katsina has more oil blocks than the entire Niger Delta people is depressing.

It’s endemic! They’ve grown used to throwing a tantrum in the name of ‘fighting for control or a larger share of our resources’, and when they’re thrown a little bone (which is shared by a select few) they keep quiet until another bone is required then you here them agitate again!

That is why their corrupt leaders are the most One NIgerian people around, because in their native Biafra, these fake chiefs would be shown the prison bars or even removed for being sellouts....But under the shield of “Nigger Area/Nigeria”, they grow rich illegally, and shout marginalization when Abuja poke noses into their doings or wants more of the loot themselves....

Shame for Blacks.

I don't think there can be check and balance in Biafra, if these are the kind of elders that will be presiding on the future country.

Nigeria is a country where richers enslave the poors and the poors enjoy being poorer
Our mentality for celebrating those who ar feeding fat on our treasury is the major reason Nigeria growth stunts beyond redemption nd will always getting worst until we realize that those political thieves and some traditional leaders ar our common enemies and should be treated accordingly
