How Leisure Spring Hotel Made Me Addicted To Hotels' Wi-fi by creativelymad: 9:53am On May 14, 2019
In a country where Mobile data can be expensive, access to free and fast Wi-Fi can be greatly addicting. My name is Dave and I am addicted to free hotels' Wi-Fi. My addiction started on my first trip to Leisure Spring Hotel(LSH).

Leisure Spring Hotel is located in Oshogbo, Osun State. It is the go-to hotel for wedding - or any kind of - receptions due to its spacious halls. It was my uncle's wedding reception. My phone's Wi-Fi, previously on, notified me of the hotel's Wi-Fi. How I got to know the password? Story for another day. But, "Ah!" That was my reaction when I downloaded a video file of 100mb+ in less than 3 minutes using the Wi-Fi.

I left the hall, less worried about the food. My mum will come back home with food! It is in our family's constitution. My little walk allowed me experience and appreciate the hotel. It was not the best but for the price it charged per night, it offered a lot. And most importantly, the Wi-Fi! I wandered into the swimming pool area where both young and old enjoyed the clean water. A guy, obviously trying to impress the girls he brought for a swim, entered the pool, with no knowledge on how to swim- toxic masculinity! Shior!! Anyways, kudos to the hotel's lifeguards for preventing a bad situation.

Like all good things in life - including life - must come to an end. And, every delicious Nigeria jollof rice must finish. My Wi-Fi experience that particular day was cut short when my phone notified me of 'insufficient storage' while trying to download a video file. Coincidentally, my elder brother also called to tell me it was time to leave. But, even though a Nigeria jollof rice finishes, you can always cook another one! And I did cook another one!! That visit to Leisure Spring Hotel was not my last!!!

When ever you visit LSH, make sure to say hi. I am always that young man with a laptop and a bottle of coke - or any soft drink. Occasionally, I visit other hotels, some with slower internet compared to LSH; and others with faster internet - rarely. Wherever I go, I always have my backpack (containing my laptop and hard drive), my sneakers, and a bottle of coke. Frequently, I meet others like me! And I network!! The contacts on my phone looks something like: Shola leisure, femi delightsome, Shade Sheraton.

If your hotel has a fast and strong Wi-Fi, be rest assured I will visit soon. And I will write about your hotel generally but mainly about the Wi-Fi. So, while you are providing a serene and conducive environment for your lodgers, make sure they have access to good internet connection too.
