Dates Revealed For Summer 2019 Transfer Window by ackim: 6:03pm On May 14, 2019
The summer transfer window for Premier League clubs will open on 16 May 2019.

Before then, clubs are able to agree deals for the acquisition of players but, in the case of a domestic transfer, the paperwork cannot be processed until 16 May, once the window opens.

The transfer of players from another national association may take place once the FIFA Transfer Matching System (TMS) opens on 11 June.

This means that any international transfers cannot be processed until the FIFA TMS transfer window opens.

As agreed by the clubs in November 2018, the summer transfer window will close at 17:00 BST on Thursday 8 August 2019.

Clubs will still have the ability to sell or loan players to other leagues whose transfer windows are open after 8 August, such as to clubs in League One and Two, whose window will be open to 17:00 BST on 2 September.

BREAKING: US Embassy suspends 'Dropbox' Visa renewals in Nigeria.

I like this very much. Canada and others should do same. The idiots that stay abroad and tell us Buhari is transforming Nigeria should come back let’s enjoy together. Nigerians must have sense by force.

It simply means if you already have a US visa which has expired and you want to renew, you will now attend visa interview unlike before where you only apply online and submit your documents with their agents.
Before they don't deny visas when renewing. But now they can deny you the visa if you don't have cogent reasons for seeking for renewal

Liverpool needs to get Fekir as soon as possible. Plus a substitute for Robertson and perhaps a substitute No 9

GT bank will still charge you for transfers outside their bank

So it doesn't make any difference

If banks are still making deductions in transfers made to ther banks, then I see no reason why the transfer market should be open
