How this bill passed through any kind of reading or public hearing is very strange to me.

The bill is targeting the big companies that use trailers instead of the normal Coaster buses. That's why you see them specifying the dimensions in the bus. Julius Berger and RCC are a classic example of trailer buses. What the bill is simply saying I'd if you have to use trucks or trailers it must be customized to meet general standard
