From drinking a hot mixture of lemon and lime or ginger and garlic first thing in the morning to eating your dinner not later than 6pm. The rumours are many, but does it really work?.I mean do you actually have proof that these things work? And if something else worked for you, do well to let us know because we the association of weight watchers we are here and we need your HELP!

Whatever therapy for weight loss u embark on, ensure that these 3 points are covered, if not no matter what u take, it won't work.
1. Control appetite.
2. Stop loading carbs.
3. Aid the body burn fat fast.
Most drinks & mixtures focus on the 3rd one only. There will be no result. But if a good mixture goes with the other 2, then u will definitely see results. People who focus on something to drink & burn d fats once & for all will never achieve weight loss. Period.
I have a natural therapy for weight loss, free & paid. Both have helped many lose weight, but on different time tables.
