Hum2020:Will get back to you on this, as it's known to us that the plot is sloppy we have to employ a better method of dealing with this depth, taken 450mm for trenches and 750mm for pad basses from the back (on a stony soil) we will attain around 1800mm depth in the front front cos the DPC must be higher than the existing roads in the front and side then the pad bases attaining 2100mm depth and this means we will use a lot of iron, blocks in the respect to cement, sand and granite among others and we aren't saving at all for the client, so will like you to kindly follow ahead to see what method we will use to save cost and yet not affecting the structural wise of the building.
