So I put up a question on Quora asking if Atiku can win Buhari then boom a senior counsel sent me this reply

It is very unlikely for Atiku to win buhari at the Tribunal. Atiku’s petition at the tribunal is hinged largely on the purported results he obtained from the back-end server of INEC, which is also a party in the petition. Being the case the petition shall likely suffer a technical defeat for the following reason:

1. Atiku’s petition hinges largely on grounds of non-compliance with the Electoral Act.

2. That he won the majority of votes cast in the election in which Buhari was returned as winner, in that the results announced by INEC giving
3. Buhari victory was not the authentic INEC results

4. However, Inec has denied this, that the results collated that gave Buhari victory were the totality of results from their various voting units

4. The law presumes correctness in favour of the results announced by INEC

5. In rebutting the presumption of correctness of INEC results in favour of Buhari, Atiku is relying on results purportedly obtained from INEC back-end server.

6. INEC, the owner of the server has denied that there is no such results as presented by ATIKU existing in its server.

7. Application by Atiku to inspect the server will of course suffer another defeat as INEC will rely on relevant laws to urge the tribunal not to accede to such application as to do so will compromise national security in view of the sensitive data therein not connected to the election.

8. Buhari will argue that nothing is contained in the Electoral Act warranting any electronic transfer of results from the polling units to the server. it will consequently go on to argue therefrom that the so called results from the server couldn’t have emanated from INEC.

9. Atiku will fail on this ground for failing to rebut the legal presumption of correctness in favour of INEC result.

10. Being that as it may, Atiku’s petition will be deemed to be without merit and be thrown out.

Lol. But OP let me ask you...Did Atiku win the election or not?

Leave technical matters for technical people. Let's not preempt the court. You are neither Buhari's or Atiku's lawyer. Neither are you the judge.

The judges know what is right. And they would act without fear nor favor as patriots for the betterment of Nigeria and her people.

Nigeria must work again.

No!

Atiku did not win because Buhari won the majority of votes cast across the totality of Nigeria

That Atiku won in Biafra does not mean he won in Nigeria.

Did Atiku even win his village polling unit?

Contemplate on the ramification of such homeward loss, then you would realise that wining in Biafra is not the same as wining in Nigeria whose presidency was being contested.

Remember that Nigeria does not start and end in your village or within your clan. This reawakening to reality and rehabilitation from delusion, will do your life so much good as you move on from the inertia that has mentally handicapped your life.

Are you one of Atiku's friends that were already waiting to be enriched with public funds facilitated by an Atiku presidency a la Jonathan Dasuki money initiative?

Did you miss out on the Atiku friendship enrichment program that Atiku facilitated with PTDF funds when he was Vice-President?

You are mentioning criminals, yet still supporting Atiku?

It's not about who is a criminal or not. It's about the way the election was conducted. Those who messed up the previous election needs to be taught a lesson or things will get worse in the next election.

Going by the results announced by the INEC, the Constitutional body empowered to announce election results, PMB won the election. Other opinions in the competent court of law , remains inconsequential

The question I want to ask , is there any time in the history of Nigeria that court has nullify election results already announced by INEC and pronounce another person or party as the winner.?
