ALL are CORRECT.

The last one is of North American origin. 'Making', that is.

The first one is ADMISSION. Check your dico for this.

No2 is MATING. Dogs making love? grin grin

No3 is WHEN (not 'than'). Other words in this category are 'hardly', 'scarcely'.

No4: 0'Clock is wrong here (You can only use 0'Clock with the 'EXACT' time). Eg. 7 0'Clock. Not half past 7 0'Clock.

ONLY the last one is CORRECT.

Check your dico for 'very' and its usage. And, don't use 'very' with VERBS.

Imagine that! I mean 'very' is an adverb as well oo. But it doesn't modify VERBS. Funny!

Is it correct to say "the reason why , " in a sentence? I am of the opinion that the word 'reason' & 'why' can serve the same meaning. Kindly expatiate.

Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary SAYS it is CORRECT.

'The reason why' -  CORRECT.

It seems pleonastic, innit? But it's correct.
