The Plateau State police have arrested a 42-year-old man, Gundumi Saya, after his married lover, Mrs. Hajara Markus, died while they were engaged in a hot romp. .

Gundumi has now been remanded in Jos prison by Plateau State High Court for allegedly killing Hajara during sex. .

The accused, who is also married with three wives and 14 children, had confessed to having secret sexual relationship with the deceased before and after she got married to her husband, Markus Jagaba.

Late Hajara had lied to her husband that she was going for a wedding in Jakandagiwa, Bauchi State, and demanded for permission to be away for some days, but instead went for the extra-marital affair that ended her life.


Although Gundumi argued that he does not have a hand in the death, he was accused of intentionally dumping her body by the roadside and refusing to inform the police of her death, thereby contravening sections 189 and 102 of the Penal Code.
