What you call "bad belle" is simply speaking the truth. You seem to forget that it was Bill Gates, the founder of this very same Microsoft, who lambasted this Buhari government for failing so badly at investing in human capital. In truth, if Nigeria had a serious government, this sort of "news" wouldn't even be worth noticing - a few hundred jobs in Lagos is nothing, in a country with nearly 200 million people, most of whom are young and in their prime for work.

These are not gatemen sitting around eating boli and groundnuts (with all due respect to gatemen), but CATALYST-type jobs...

These sorts of jobs increase capacity and support/expand/lead to other jobs (not to mention the housing and services these professionals can now afford and therefore create/support jobs in those sectors), and facilitate productivity generally. That’s how you build an economy.
