This is a great development. Many of us had been waiting for this day in Nigeria.

The use of cannisterS or 'cylinders' as fondly called in Nigeria is archaic as well as barbaric in the least.

Ordinarily, this implies that the government will supply domestic gas through pipelines and other means in which a house owner can access it by being connected. Payment for subscription can be subsequently made online.

All these are already in place decades ago in advanced countries.

Next in line should be underground cables for power distribution.

Thank you for your reasoning.... don't mind all those ranting. In the 80s and early 90s some people that uses cooking gas can testify to it that gas is bought just like crate of beer, you don't own the crate just the content inside.
It's a welcome development if the pipeline strategy can work in some urban cities to start with
