Suanu's Blog A report reaching Suanu’s Blog from Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital indicates that INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner of the state, Elder Monday Udo Tom has been arrested by men of the Nigeria Police. Also arrested were two other staff of the electoral umpire in the state. Suanu’s Blog gathered that Elder Tom from Akwa Ibom State who was sworn in into office by the INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu in January 2019 was arrested alongside two others for electoral fraud during the 2019 General Elections.
