I was given an award for the best student in Nursery 2. I was asked to recite the national anthem and this is what I recited:


PLS EVERY ONE SHOULD STAND FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL ANTHEM


Arise o compasion
Nigeria score obey
To serve our master match
with don and faith and faith
The nation bun.our hero pa
shall never be in bain
To sa wu sa and match
One nation bun in freedom
we shall unity.

Second stanza never come out that time

H. I. P for the hip for the Hipopo
P.O.P.O for the hipopo and
TIYE TIYE for the Hipopo dey mad

HIPOPO DEY MAD!

MY MOTHER
who sat and watch my big fat head
when seeing on my canty shell
I taste a sweet aso sa shell
My mother.

I recite the pledge this way:

Apleh to naidzeria ma konty.
To ye fayfu yoya ha hoyes
To sa naidzeria wishor ma swensh
To deven are yiuyity
ar upoo a oyan a'gyoyi
so hep me gor.
(claps hands)
