Please politicians and lawyers in the house, I have some questions as regards to Nigeria mode of politics. 1- Since the Federal, State and Local Government are created to have separate power and influence why Should a state Governor impeach a Local Government Chairman, if the president with the Federal power won't ursurp same power to impeach a State Governor. 2- Now this brings up the second question, Is it allowed by the law for a State Governor to appoint a Local Government Chairman without the will of the people through election; since the Federal Government won't dare to try that with the State. |
