The judgements did not discuss the genuiness of his cerificate or the completion of secondary school.Only technical issues were discussed...We. await the opinion of legal oracles at the supreme court on the matter.

With the way the op spelt "Adeleke " shows that the guy and his followers didn't have good certificate.

..and it's also a pointer to the fact that he will lose at the supreme court.

Please no personal attack. Thanks

Thank you. You are the only one who really understood the judgement. All others are just illiterates. The court didn't rule on his educational certificate but on technicality of filing the suit outside the time allowed.

Good that the court is rebuilding people's confidence in Nigeria! Many people had lost faith in the Nigerian state due to events of the last elections where the party in power brazenly rigged themselves into various offices.

Keep dreaming the case is settled already,The Court of Appeal has held in Adeleke vs Oyetola that inec has the right to void and conduct supplementary elections, case closed. Supreme Court will follow the decision based on the powers of INEC vested in it by The Constitution of The Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (As Amended). Ganduje of Kano State will win in Court with the same format/decision.
