Neither the driver nor the soldier may be right. There are laid down rules in Nigeria. An erring driver supposed to be punished by the right institution, not the soldier. But unfortunately, if reported the road safety will collect bribe and free the suspect to continue to pose greater hazard to road users.

This can only be seen in Africa.... SMH
