I disagree with you although you're right to a point.
I was 6'3 and chubby. People said I looked good which was true but i never wanted it. I wanted to be fit and i had to register in a gym. Today I'm still 6'3 but muscular with 5 packs
Although I'm getting there but I feel more confident now.
