This Toke makinwa, she has problems to be sincere, this kind lady pls go and get marry. and u won't have time for all this shit in social media. shea, when you where negotiating the business no one heard it. why should u rant about everything.. as a woman can't u try to resolve thing with ur fellow amicably? please try and have sense young lady.

If he/she is truly satisfied with the resolution, the same person will go to the same SM and say I have perfectly fixed the issue and I am not a scammer as he/she once thought. With this I have made my client happy, also protected my brand/name and also stand the chance of winning more potential customers over.

It is important to set some things straight here, I am actually not happy with your response, According to Sandra's version, Toke never laid any form of complaint to her before she went ranting on social media. Meanwhile I am not judging anyone, but from Toke's antecedent, the e know she is 100% capable of doing such.
Before blaming Sandra, ask yourself this, is the couch the only product made for her? Why can't she follow the proper channel of complaining, then show us the screen shot of all she did without getting responses from Sandra. There and then I will take her serious.
But going to social media first, is a way to destroy someone career without giving them fair hearing.

Nah, you are a business man you should know that Sandra's actions was in the right direction. As a biz man u know that there are 2 elements that keep a biz afloat- capital & Goodwill. While capital can be gotten quickly and from anywhere, goodwill takes time to build and without goodwill your company will not last at all no matter how much capital you put into it. This is someone's biz we are talking about, rather than reach the person, u go all out on social media to defame the person and destroy her brand(which is the key essential of a biz). Do you know the damage toke has caused that lady? Even if toke retracts the statement the damage has already been done. Anyway toke and her likes will do anything for clout.
FYI whites don't have the best customer service, we blacks do. You can't go into a wellsfargo and start shouting that the teller should hurry up. Security will gently escort you outside or forcefully remove you from the premises. This same whites would have dragged toke to court for defamation and mischievous intent because you did not call the company to complain, you didn't send them an email with evidence of your issue, you did not even go to the company to register a formal complain.

People like Toke are attention seeker, if you fall into their trap, u are on your own. The couch may have issues but people like Toke who love to trend especially negative trending does not make things easier for others. No doubt the lady should have kept quiet and handled it the way Tonto Dike's ext husband handled her since Tonto Dike and Toke belongs to same category of bitter noise makers who trend on negativity of others but trust Edoho's wife, women can't stay calm like that.

All the Edoho's wife did was damage control. Recall that she didn't respond at first.

It was bad damage control and her PR manager should be fired( if she has one)

You do not call an aggrieved client who makes a complaint via any Chanel client from hell ,you do not insult them.So long as they have paid and there's a warranty on the goods you attend to their complaints with the utmost politeness till it is resolved amicably

This is why Nigerian brands loose business to foreigners even in naija. That's why people pay a lot to foreign brands for the same product a local can equally execute. A hassle free process.

The edoho woman has demarketted her business to the clients that matter and others considering using local brands too.She should have apologized to toke ppublicly Fix the spoilt goods and refuse to take work from toke in future as her brand got bigger.

The artisans in Nigeria doing sub standard work is why we import from Dubai, China and other places. The country has no customer complaint redress mechanism.

This bad artisan services cost the Nation income for others and foreign exchange as well. It is a very bad practice.When it happened in China the country addressed it at a national level. Because they understood it cost not just the guilty artisan but the whole country a potential loss of goodwill.

This rift I repeat will cause not just the brand in question but all local brand a percentage of patronage as people will use this excuse not to purchase local.its a case of this is an example of what we have been saying all along.

Everyone makes mistakes no big deal there but it's what you do after .Every sane Nigerian with love for the country will condemn bad artisans with bad attitude because it affects us all

This rift I repeat will cause not just the brand in question but all local brand a percentage of patronage as people will use this excuse not to purchase local.its a case of this is an example of what we have been saying all along.

Next time Toke should go for a more serious brand. You then ask yourself are Nigerians owned brands serious brands

I have met lot of client, some are nice and some are so abusive but I handle them nicely and they keep referring me to other clients. Any Client that publicly rubbish your business without first trying to sort it out privately is a client from hell..
