I will keep this short and simple. I am having a psychological problem of low self-esteem!

What do you think might trigger this belief?

Perhaps you look very ugly.

from your previous topics,you watch porn alot and you dont know how to chat with ladies....Well that's understandable...You yearn for things you cant have,so you start to admire them, thats Sadism.


No one is born with a low or high self esteem, co evidence is something you adopt, for you to be confident,first of all love yourself, dont take criticism to hear,always take correction when your told and above all,stay happy even when factors wants to make you sad.....The only thing that makes me sad is the fact that am a Nigerian. Nothing else bothers me.

Well I really don't know why I always feel incompetence or that I don't deserve what I am doing or I can't do somethings. but this feelings usually come real.

Maybe you're what they call a "weirdo", if it is, then embrace it. We can't all be boringly normal.
