A fast growing Farm is recruiting for an Experienced Poultry Farm Manager to work on a commercial broiler breeder laying farm based in Ogun state. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Clients expanding and fully integrated agricultural process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the farm and its team. Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met
• Managing Multiple Pens
• Maintaining safe working practices
• Managing and motivating a team
• Ensuring welfare of livestock
• Ventilation management
• Feed management
• Vaccinations
• Production performance
• Record keeping

You will need:
• Effective people management skills
• Ability to carry out manual duties
• Little proficiency in computer skills
• Minimum of HND in Agriculture (with Major poultry production).

What will give you an Edge:
• Experience in Poultry Health Management
• Extensive experience in Feed Management and Nutrition

• Starting Annual Salary: 2.4M
