Hi guys, please i need your opinion. I want to get a house for my parent in Ibadan, i stay abroad, so i want to know if i should get contractors to buikd a house or buy it? my budget is 8million excluding land. please does anyone has an idea of land price at Airport ibadan? For a 5 bedroom bungalow. thanks |

Getting a land in that axis my cost close to half of your budget. For a standard 5 bedroom bungalow with Land that 8 M may not be realistic. |
